Basic bar package
$350+25/hr per bartender
- A Bartender with years of experience and knowledge (There will need to be 1 bartender per 60 people)
- All bar tools needed to create your cocktails
- Personalized His and Her Cocktails menu
- if the venue doesn't provide a bar we will bring ours no extra charge!
- Two 1 gallon drink dispensers for water, lemonade, sangria etc (we do not provide the drinks just the containers)
house made juices and syrups
$2.50 per person (may vary on requested syrups)
- all requested juices will be freshly squeezed before the event
- we will discuss any premade batches and unique syrup options for specialized cocktails
soda and juice
$1.50 per guest
- Name brand soda and juice upon request
- this includes oke products, soda water, tonic, cranberry juice apple juice, etc
Plastic cups, straws, napkins and ice
$2.50 per guest
- We have a variety of cups to choose for your event we can show you or feel free to request any specific cup ware.
- Add customized stickers to your cups to elevate your personalized cocktails
$85 per 96 stickers
$125 for 150 stickers
$160 for 200 stickers
$190 for 250 stickers
Add a watermelon keg to your function!
$60 per keg
- A fun and unique way to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or mocktail!
- We can discuss the different drink options if interested
14 foot x 14 foot canopy
$50
- rent a 14 ft x 14 foot canopy for some comfortable shade for your guests
- we will put it up and take it down
- Comes with LED lights

Please note that there will be an additional fee of $0.85 per mile for travel outside of Nashville to the event location. This helps cover transportation costs and ensures timely arrival. Thank you for your understanding!
